What your donation buys
We cost the work at what it takes to deliver, not at what reads well. A complete screening, consumables, staff time and the doctor who sits down and explains the result, is about one thousand rupees a head.
- Blood glucose, blood pressure, height, weight and waist
- The result explained face to face, not handed over on paper
- A referral for anyone whose numbers need proper follow up
Your receipt and 80G
Every donation gets a receipt showing the amount, the date, the Foundation's PAN and our 80G approval number, AADTC2568A24HY01, valid for assessment years 2024-25 to 2028-29.
Give your PAN and address if you want the deduction reported against you in the Foundation's annual statement of donations to the Income Tax Department.
Bank transfer, NEFT and CSR
For a direct transfer, a cheque, or a corporate contribution, these are the Foundation's own account details. The account is separate from every other Caspian entity.

After transferring, send the reference, your name, address and PAN to info@caspianfoundation.in so we can issue your 80G receipt. Cheques are drawn in favour of Caspian Healthcare Foundation.
A word on safety
We do not collect donations by telephone or door to door, and we never ask for a card number, an OTP or a UPI PIN. Our account details are the ones printed on this page and nowhere else. If anything differs, call +91 89784 54547 before you pay.
Donations in kind, such as equipment, consumables or venue support, are welcome. Write to us and we will tell you what is needed.
