Who we are
Caspian Healthcare Foundation is a registered public charitable trust with its registered office at 11-3-876/1, New Mallepally, Hyderabad 500001, Telangana, India. PAN AADTC2568A. For any question about this policy, write to info@caspianfoundation.in.
What we collect
- When you donate: your name, email address, mobile number, and, if you choose to give them, your PAN and postal address. We also record the amount, the date and the programme you selected.
- When you write to us: your name, email address, mobile number if you give it, and the content of your message.
- When you attend a camp or screening: the health information needed to test you and explain the result, handled as clinical information.
We do not receive or store your card number, UPI identifier, bank details or any payment credential. Those go directly to our payment processor.
Why we collect it
- To process your donation and issue your receipt
- To report donations to the Income Tax Department as the law requires, which is why we ask for PAN and address
- To answer your enquiry
- To keep the accounts and records a registered trust is required to keep
Who we share it with
Our payment processor, Razorpay, which handles the transaction. Our auditors and the Income Tax Department, where the law requires it. Nobody else. We do not sell, rent or pass donor or enquirer details to sponsors, partners, pharmaceutical companies or any other organisation.
How long we keep it
Donation records and receipts are kept for at least eight financial years, as required for trust accounts and tax records. Enquiries are kept for up to two years and then deleted.
Your choices
You may ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required by law to keep it. Write to info@caspianfoundation.in.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not set advertising cookies and does not track you across other websites. Our payment processor may set cookies that are necessary for the payment to work. We use privacy-respecting aggregate analytics to count page views; it does not identify you.
Children
This website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them online. Children screened at our camps are seen with a parent or guardian present.
