The organisation

This website is operated by Caspian Healthcare Foundation, a registered public charitable trust, registered office 11-3-876/1, New Mallepally, Hyderabad 500001, Telangana, India. PAN AADTC2568A. Registered on 1 March 2023 as Document No. 30/2023, Book IV, at the Sub Registrar Office, Golconda, Hyderabad.

Medical information

Everything on this site is general health information for the public. It is not a diagnosis, not a prescription and not a substitute for seeing a doctor who can examine you. Do not delay medical care because of something you read here. The Foundation does not provide treatment advice by email, telephone or through any online group.

Donations

Donations are voluntary and are applied to the objects of the trust. By donating you confirm that the funds are your own and are lawfully held by you. We accept donations in Indian rupees from within India. The Foundation is not registered to receive foreign contributions, so please do not send funds that fall under the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act without speaking to us first.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. The Foundation does not receive or store your payment credentials. A receipt showing our PAN and our 80G approval number is issued for every donation. Tax benefit depends on your own tax position and on the law in force.

Programmes and events

Dates, venues, screening panels and programme content may change. Where a programme is supported by a partner, the partner is named. Partners do not control clinical content.

Content

The text, design, marks and images on this site belong to Caspian Healthcare Foundation unless stated otherwise. You may quote or link to our material with attribution. You may not present our name, logo or receipts as your own or use them to solicit funds.

Fraud warning

We do not collect donations door to door or by telephone, and we never ask for card numbers, one time passwords or UPI PINs. If anyone approaches you claiming to collect for the Foundation, verify by calling +91 89784 54547 before paying anything.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India and the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction.
